Link Existing Appointments to a Package

At times a client has purchased an appointment package, but then schedules an appointment not attached to the package. Assign the existing appointment to a slot in the appointment package.

  1. Click Lists → Appointments.
  2. Click the Packages button on the top right.
  3. Locate the package to which you wish to assign the appointment.
  4. Confirm that the package has an open appointment slot. Note: If you need to add a new slot, click Actions → Add New Slot.
  5. Click the Schedule link next to an open slot. 
  6. An appointment dialog will open. Click the link labeled Want to assign an existing appointment instead?
  7. An Assign Appointment to Package window will open. Select the existing appointment from the Appointment dropdown menu. Note: This menu will only contain appointments that can be assigned to the package. 
  8. Click the blue Assign button to complete the process.
