This article will go over how to troubleshoot some Telehealth issues.

What to do if your camera and microphone are not working in your macOS

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy

  2. Click on the "Privacy Tab".

  3. Select "Camera" and click on the checkbox next to your Browser to allow it to access your camera.

  4. Select "Microphone" and click  on the checkbox next to your Browser to allow it to access your camera.

  5. Restart the browser. If still experiencing issues please proceed.
  6. Open Safari Preferences by going to the top left bar selecting Safari and then Preferences. 
  7. In the box that opens, please select Websites

  8. On the left hand side under General select Camera. Ensure that the settings on the right beside our website is set to Ask. Repeat for Microphone. 
  9. Restart your browser.

What to do if your camera and microphone are not working in your iPhone or iPad

  1. Go to "Settings", and scroll down to the list of apps, find out the "Safari" app.
  2. Tap on the Safari app, and scroll down to the section "Settings for WebSites".

  3. Tap on the "Camera" option, and select "Ask" on the section "Camera Access on All WebSites".

  4. Go back to the Safari Settings, tap on the "Microphone" option, and select "Ask" on the section "Microphone Access on All WebSites".

What to do if your camera and microphone are not working on Windows 10

  1. Click on the "Start menu" and go to "Settings"

  2. Click on the "Privacy" option.

  3. Select "Camera", and turn on the option "Allow apps to access your camera".

  4. Select "Microphone", and turn on the option "Allow apps to access your microphone".

  1. Open Chrome and at the top right, click More, and Settings.

  2. Scroll down and open "Site Settings".

  3. Select "Camera" or "Microphone".
  4. Turn "Ask before accessing" on.
  5. Restart the browser.

What to do if screen sharing is not working in your macOS

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click on the  "Security & Privacy".

  2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.

  3. Scroll down and select "Screen Recording". and click on the checkbox next to your Browser to enable screen sharing.

  4. Restart the browser.
