Include CPT Codes in the Treatment Note PDF Printout

If you link a treatment note to an appointment with procedure codes, you may want the codes to be included in the PDF printout for insurance providers.

1. Click My Forms and open the treatment note template. 
2. Click the three dots icon and select Settings. 
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Check the box labeled Include Procedure Codes in PDF.

With this enabled, the PDF printout will look as follows:
