Including CPT Codes in the Treatment Note PDF Printout

If you're linking a treatment note to an appointment with procedure codes, you may want these to be included in the PDF printout since some insurance providers require this.

This is a simple setting you need to enable on the treatment note template. Open the template in the editor from the "My Forms" screen, then select "... > Settings". In the popup settings dialog, check off the option labelled "Include Procedure Codes in PDF".

With this enabled, when you print out a treatment note with procedure codes on it, the output will look as follows in the PDF printout:
