Export Intake Forms List to a CSV

Export a list of submitted intake questionnaires to a CSV file to open as a spreadsheet.

Note: This is not the same as exporting the actual data contained within the forms. This article explains more about this: Exporting Your Clients' Data

1. Click Lists → Intakes.
2. Use the filters to narrow the results as needed.
3. Click Search.
4. Once the list generates, click the arrow on the right side of the Search button and select Export to CSV.

Note: The Lists → Intakes export is limited to 50,000 line items. If your report exceeds this limit, please export your intakes in filtered batches. Learn more here.
