Export Intake Forms List to a CSV
If you'd like to export a list of submitted intake questionnaires, the system allows you to do this while applying various filters so you can export only the specific data you need. It will go into a CSV file, you can open this in a program like Microsoft Excel.
Take note that this is not the same as exporting the actual data contained within the forms, the following article speaks more about this: Exporting Your Clients' Data
To export a list of intake form to a CSV, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Lists > Intakes".
- Use the filters to narrow the results if needed, be sure to click "Search" when done.
- With the proper intake form list on screen, click the arrow on the right side of the search button, then select "Export to CSV".
