Auto-tag Clients Who Schedule Appointments

When a client schedules an appointment via your booking widget, you can auto-tag them based on the service they scheduled.

First, set up your client tags using this article: Create Client Tags.

Set up Widget Auto-Tagging

  1. Click Bookings → Booking Settings.
  2. Select the Services tab.
  3. Click Edit for the service to which you want to set up auto-tagging. 
  4. Select the Advanced tab on the left.
  5. In the Widget Auto-Tagging field, select the tag/tags you wish to apply to clients when they schedule the service.
  6. Click Save.
