Add a Client

Enter Basic Demographics and Settings

Start by entering general demographic information and access settings.
  1. From My Dashboard, click Add New Client.
  2. The Add New Client window will display. Complete the following fields:
    1. First and Last Name
    2. Email
    3. Phone Number
    4. Date of Birth
    5. Gender
    6. Sex 
    7. Note: for more information about the Gender and Sex fields, see related article 'Sex' and 'Gender' Fields.
  3. In the Access Control field, place a checkmark in the checkbox if you want the client to be available to all practitioners for scheduling appointments, sending forms, etc.
  4. In the Client Portal field, place a checkmark in the checkbox if you wish to send the client an invitation to the Messaging Portal.
  5. Click Save.

Enter Additional Information

After you enter the basic client information, a client information page will display. Click Edit to complete the following fields:

  1. Marital Status
  2. Home Phone
  3. Work Phone
  4. Address and Apt./Unit#
  5. Billing Type
    1. Self-Pay
    2. Insurance
  6. Referring Provider
    1. Click the person icon to upload provider(s) 
    2. Add a new provider
  7. Auto-Charge
    1. Charge on Day of Appointment
    2. Don’t Charge Automatically
  8. Emergency Contact Name
  9. Emergency Contact Phone #
  10. Emergency Contact Relationship
  11. Additional Information
    1. Enter free-form notes about the client
