Engage - Engage Billing FAQ
Here are your common Engage billing questions answered!
We just signed up for PracticeQ Engage. What happens if we cancel?
- In this scenario, your practice will need to continue with PracticeQ Engage until the next billing cycle. You will not have access to PracticeQ's reminder emails until your Engage integration is disconnected.
Is my practice location charged as soon as I begin the Engage integration?
- Your billing cycle will begin for each location when they are assigned their toll-free numbers. Once this happens, you are able to use the two-way texting feature and send automated messages for those locations.
- Important: Your practice information, such as new appointments and locations and newly added staff members, will not sync to Engage until you click Complete Now in the Complete Transition to Engage window..
Will we be charged more for having extra locations?
- There is a $20 charge per additional location under both the Engage Plus and Premium plans.
What if one of my locations exceeds the SMS and/or email limit?
- If the 2,000 SMS or the 5,000 email limit is exceeded, your location will be charged $9.95 for that month, which will afford you an additional 1,000 SMS and 1,000 emails.
