Manage Product Inventory

PracticeQ has an easy-to-use product inventory management solution to improve your customer service.

Enable Inventory Tracking

Once your products are added individually or in bulk, you can manage their inventory.
  1. Click Lists → Invoices → Invoice Settings.
  2. Select the Products tab.
  3. Click Edit for the Product you wish to track.
  4. Click the Track Inventory checkbox.

Options

  • Action Dropdown Menu:
    • Add units to the inventory
    • View log of events for the product
    • Visit the Vendor website
  • Low Inventory Notification: 
    • Select when you want to be notified when the inventory gets below a certain number
  • Lot Number:  
    • Add a Lot number for tracking purposes
  • Lot Expiration Date: 
    • Add a date of when the lot expires
  • Notification for Expiration: 
    • Check this box and enter the number of days before the expiration you want to be notified

Note: Click the "Inactive" checkbox if you want to hide the product from the "Show Products" list during the creation of invoice.
