Engage - Weekday Settings

The Weekday Settings option provides the option to not send automated messages on certain days of the week.

Enter Your Weekday Settings

1. Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
2. Click Templates → Appointments.
3. Scroll down to the automated message you wish to edit.
4. Click the gear wheel icon next to the message title.
5. The Weekday Settings are at the bottom of the automated message settings.
6. All days of the week are enabled by default. Click the Enabled button underneath the days you do NOT wish for the message to send. The button will then read Disabled.
7. Click Save.

Reschedule Messages to Permitted Weekdays

• Underneath the Enabled/Disabled buttons, there is a toggle labeled Reschedule Messages to Permitted Weekdays.
• If you toggle this to ON, Engage will reschedule the automated message to the next permitted weekday, if possible. 
• If you use this toggle, click Save again.
