Engage: Stacked Reminders Setting

Do your clients have more than one appointment in the same day? With Engage, you decide how they will receive their reminders.

Access the Setting

1. Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
2. Click Templates → Appointments.
3. Click Manage Settings.
4. Locate the Disable Stacked Reminders setting.

Options

• When the Disable Stacked Reminders toggle is ON, clients will receive individual reminders for each appointment they have on that day. For example:
  
  • Katie will receive her one-day-before reminder for her 9:00am appointment, then she will receive a separate one-day-before reminder for her 12:00pm appointment.
• When the Disable Stacked Reminders toggle is OFF, clients will receive consolidated reminders with all appointment information for that day. For example:
  
  • Katie will receive a single one-day-before reminder listing both the 9:00am and the 12:00pm appointments.

  Note: Make sure to adjust this setting for each of your practice locations. Use the dropdown menu on the top right to easily toggle between your locations.
