Engage - Confirmations and Reminders for Multiple Same-Day Appointments
Engage manages confirmation requests and appointment reminders for multiple appointments on the same day, whether for one client or clients in the same family.

Family Appointments:
- If multiple family members have appointments on the same day, Engage combines their confirmation requests and reminders into one text and one email if they share the same contact information.
- You can modify the templates for these messages in Templates → Appointments → Family Text/Email.
- Patients will click a link and check boxes to confirm each appointment.


Single Patient, Multiple Appointments:
- If one patient has multiple appointments in a day, only one confirmation request is sent for both appointments, and a "C" response confirms both.
- If the appointments are more than six hours apart, separate reminders are sent an hour before each; otherwise, one reminder is sent before the first appointment.
