Heidi: Supported Question Types

Not all note template question types will work with the Heidi AI Scribe. Below are the question types that Heidi does and does not support.

Supported Question Types

The following question types will be included in Heidi’s note processing:

• Open Answer
• Multiple Choice
• Mixed Control Types:
  • Checkboxes
  • Radio Buttons
  • Text
  • Email
  • Paragraph
  • Note: If the Mixed Controls question is Pinned to the client profile, it will be included.

Important Note: Existing data in these fields will be overwritten by Heidi when pushing data back into the note.

Unsupported Question Types

These fields will not be included in Heidi’s processing and will remain unchanged:

• Phone Number
• Address
• Date Picker
• Auto Suggest
• Body Map/Drawing (images)
• E-Signature
• File Attachment
• Section Headers (without question text)
• Matrix, Matrix-Single Answer Per Line
• Smart Editor
• Spinal Chart
• Mapped Fields and Pinned Notes (Not affected by Heidi content)
