Form Rules: Supported Question Types

If your form rule doesn’t seem to be working, make sure the rule is applied to a supported question type.

Question Types that support form rules:

• Multiple Choice - Single Answer
• Mixed Controls items that require a single answer, such as Gender

Question Types that do not support form rules:

• Multiple Choice - Multiple Answers
• Matrix
• Open Answer
• Medications
• Pharmacy
• Section Title/Note
• e-signature
• Body Map/Drawing
• File Attachment
• Matrix - Single Answer per Line
