Make a Questionnaire or Consent Form Unsharable as an Admin

As an administrator, your forms are shared with all other users on your account by default. At times, you may wish to keep a form hidden so no one else on your team can use it, or you are making a new form and want to test it before sharing it with the other practitioners.

Make an admin questionnaire private:

1. Click My Forms and open the form you wish to make private.
2. Click the three dot icon and select Settings.
3. Check the box labeled Don't share this form with other practitioners in my organization.

Make an admin consent form private:

1. Click My Forms and open the form you wish to make private.
2. Click Access Control.
3. Check the box labeled Don't share this form with other practitioner.
