Change Clients on Scheduled Appointments
PracticeQ allows you to re-assign scheduled appointments to different clients when needed.
IMPORTANT: This feature is not available once a practice is integrated with Engage. If your practice uses Engage, you will need to cancel the original appointment and reschedule it under the correct client.
- Click Bookings to access your calendar, or click Lists → Appointments.
- Click the appointment to bring up its dialog with appointment details.
- Click More → Change Client.
- A window will display allowing you to select a different client for the appointment.
- Click Save to confirm the change.
