Change Clients on Scheduled Appointments

PracticeQ allows you to re-assign scheduled appointments to different clients when needed. 

IMPORTANT: This feature is not available once a practice is integrated with Engage. If your practice uses Engage, you will need to cancel the original appointment and reschedule it under the correct client.

  1. Click Bookings to access your calendar, or click Lists → Appointments
  2. Click the appointment to bring up its dialog with appointment details.
  3. Click More → Change Client
  4. A window will display allowing you to select a different client for the appointment.
  5. Click Save to confirm the change.
