Sending Scheduled SMS

practiceQ allows you to schedule SMS messages that will be sent out to clients based on their scheduled appointments, either before or after.

Note: This can only set set up by the account administrator.

To set these templates up, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Navigate to "Bookings > Booking Settings > Messages".
  2. Click "Add SMS" under the "SMS Templates" section.

  3. Customize the SMS template, including what will specifically trigger it to send and what it will say. You can add placeholders to the messages so it populates specific dynamic information based on the client.

  4. Make sure "Is Active" is checked so the template is active and will be sent to clients based on the criteria you set up.
