To ensure platform stability and equitable access, we are implementing rate limits on API requests. These limits allow us to maintain high performance, reliability, and security while continuing to support deep integrations with your preferred tools.

Understanding API Rate Limits and How to Increase Your Threshold

To ensure a reliable experience for all customers, we have implemented rate limits on API requests. These limits help maintain system stability and fair access for all users.

New Rate Limits

• Included in Subscription: 10 requests per minute, 500 requests per day
• Additional Capacity: $25 per 10 additional requests per minute, with no daily limit
• Maximum Allowance: 250 requests per minute, no daily limit

Example Cost Calculation

• If you require a maximum threshold of 30 requests per minute, the cost will be $50/month.

Increase Your Rate Limit

1. Click More → Settings → Integrations.
2. Scroll down to the Developer API Integration heading and click Settings.
3. Open the Select Maximum Requests dropdown menu and select your option. Rate limits must be set in multiples of 10.
4. Click Apply.

You may request a change to your rate limit once per month, in order to prevent misuse.
