[BETA] Engage - Template Set-Up
This feature is currently in BETA and not available for all customers.
To get started with Engage, you'll need to customize your templates and settings. Once you're ready, simply click a button to switch your messages from PracticeQ to Engage.
Template Set-up
By default, Engage comes populated with some default templates, but you will probably want to update those reminder and confirmation templates to the versions your clients are used to getting from PracticeQ. All templates are DISABLED, so you can choose which you want to use, and when. During the time you are setting up your templates, any messages you hae with PracticeQ will continue. To customize your templates:
Open Engage:
- Once you see the "Engage" menu item in the top blue bar, you can access the application
- Click that to open the Engage application in a new tab
- Then go to the "Templates" menu Item. There you will see options for the available message templates you can customize.
Open PracticeQ in a New Window:
- Next, in a new browser window, [File > New Window] open up your PracticeQ templates
- Adjust your windows so they are side by side
- Click the 'Edit' button into your PracticeQ templates
4. Copy and Paste the text from your PQ templates over to your Engage templates
5. Be sure to update any PQ Placeholders with new Engage Variables
