What to Keep in Mind for Form Submissions

IntakeQ offers a form conversion service to convert your paper forms. Keep the following in mind when you submit your forms.

Forms are typically completed within 2-4 business days
  • This timeline begins once payment is received.
  • Please note that this time frame is not guaranteed.
Scanned/encrypted forms will cost more
  • We try to keep the conversion price as low as possible. However, scanned documents take considerable work to convert, since we cannot copy and paste the text. When you send us a scanned document, we review it and send you a quote before we begin work.
  • Please test your files by trying to copy/paste the text into a new blank text file/document before submitting.
Forms soliciting credit card information will not be converted
  • We are unable to proceed with a conversion request when the form contains fields asking for raw credit card data, which is not something that should be done in our system.
  • Due to new PCI compliance standards, it is best to obtain credit card information using an integrated payment processor. We offer PQ Payments for this purpose!
All Uploaded Forms will be created in Native PDF
  • If you submit your form using the Upload Existing Form option, your form will be created in Native PDF format
  • ❗️IMPORTANT: If you prefer for your form to be in RTF (Rich Text Format), please email your form (in copy/paste format) to hello@intakeq.com instead of uploading.
