Fullscript: Lab Order Status Labels

When you create a lab order in Fullscript, track its status in PracticeQ. 

  1. Click Lists → Clients and open the client profile.
  2. Select the Fullscript tab.
  3. Select the Tile View and the Labs tab.
  4. Locate the lab order in the list.
  5. Possible statuses:
    1. Not Purchased: The lab has been recommended, but not yet purchased by client.
    2. Purchased: The client has purchased the lab.
    3. Schedule Appointment: The lab purchased requires an appointment to be scheduled and client has not yet scheduled.
    4. Upcoming Appointment: The client has scheduled the lab appointment.
    5. Processing: The sample has been received and is being processed.
    6. Partial Results: Some, but not all results are available. Note: Fullscript will only load results to PracticeQ when all results are ready.
    7. Results Ready: All results are available.
    8. Results Amended: The previously published results have been updated.
    9. Interpretation Ready: The results are ready to be interpreted in Fullscript.
    10. Interpretation Shared: Your practitioner has shared the interpretation with the client.
