Measurement-Based Care: Administer and Collect Measures

After you enable Measurement-Based Care in PracticeQ, administer the measures to your clients.

PracticeQ allows you to administer measures in many ways:

Manually Send Assessment from Client Timeline

  1. Click Lists → Clients and open the client's profile.
  2. Click the + icon in the client timeline and select Send Intake Form.
  3. Select the form in the dialog that opens and click Send.

Manually Send Assessment from Forms Page

  1. Click My Forms and locate the form you wish to send.
  2. Click the three dots icon on the top right corner of the form and click Send to Client.
  3. Enter the client name and contact information and click Send Form.

Use the Journals Feature

  • PracticeQ's Journals feature allows you send a form to a client repeatedly on a regular schedule.

Include the Scored Measure in an Intake Package

  • Add the scored measure to an Intake Package so they can complete it along with the necessary consent forms.

Notifications

  • Enable notifications to receive a message when your clients complete their assessments.
