Send Appointment Confirmations

When you create an appointment in PracticeQ, you can send an email confirmation to the client.

  1. Click Bookings and select the date.
  2. Enter the Client Name and information.
  3. Check the box labeled Send confirmation email to client.
  4. Click Save.

Note: The Send confirmation email to client check box will only display if the confirmation has not yet been sent.

  • If you need to resend the email notification, click More → Resend Confirmation.
