Engage - Message Logs

Audit your delivered messages in a snap with Message Logs!

  1. Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
  2. Click Appointments → Message Logs.
  3. Filter by message Method. Your options are:
    1. All
    2. Text
    3. Email
    4. Call
  4. Next, filter by Reminder Type, if necessary. Your options are:
    1. Birthday Reminder
    2. Appointments (basic reminders stating date and time)
    3. Confirmation Request (first message asking client to confirm appointment)
    4. Confirmation Request Reminder (follow-up message sent to client if they do not confirm after first request)
    5. Missed Notice
    6. Smart Reminder (customized appointment reminder set up for particular service or practitioner)
    7. Save the Date
    8. Review Management (request for client to write a review)
    9. Recall (messages reminding clients to book their next appointment)
  5. Finally, select a date in the Sent At field. If you do not select a date, Engage will display the last 30 days of messages sent that follow your parameters.
  6. The resulting report will show the Recipient, Method, Reminder Type, Date/Time sent and an Info icon.
    1. Click the Recipient's name to view their Engage profile (general information, appointments, and message history).
    2. Click the eye icon in the final Info column to view the contents of the message.
