Available Setting: Allow One Note for Family/Couple Appointments
Would you like PracticeQ to accept a single note for a family/couple appointment?
- By default, PracticeQ will produce an error each time a session note is missing for an individual client.
- However, if your practice wishes to enter a single note for a family/couple appointment, you may request this setting.

If you choose to make this change, please keep the following in mind:
- At least one of the clients included in the family/couple appointment must have a note entered.
- This setting only applies to sessions where you have used the Add Client feature. To learn more about this feature, click here.
- Does your practice offer other types of group appointments, such as grief groups, anger management group sessions, or parenting classes? If so, you will most likely prefer to use the protocols explained in the following articles:
Contact us at hello@intakeq.com if you are interested in enabling this setting for your practice.
