Finding Available Times in Your Calendar
When scheduling appointments from your calendar or the team calendar, instead of spending time searching for an available spot, you can let IntakeQ find a spot for you. Our scheduling helper will use the same logic that is used in your public booking widget, so there is no risk of creating an appointment that conflicts with another event in your calendar.
To use the scheduling helper, first click anywhere on your calendar; when the appointment dialog pops up, fill out the client info, service and location (if applicable). Then click on "Show Open Slots" and a new popup will show you all the available times you can pick from.
