Add Availability Outside of Your Regular Hours
At times you need to make yourself available for appointments outside of your regular business hours. PracticeQ lets you add individual availability time blocks to your booking widget.
If you use Custom Start Times you must add the time blocks there as well; otherwise the added availability will not be open for scheduling.
Add Time Blocks
- Click Bookings.
- Click the Add Time button on the top right of the calendar page.
- Enter the following information:
- Location
- Services: You may select more than one service from the dropdown menu. Select All Services if you will allow clients to schedule any service during the time block.
- Date
- Start Time
- Duration
- Click Save.
