How to Set a Custom Copay and Coinsurance by Code

If the client's insurance payer requires a different copay an coinsurance amount by CPT code, you can now define those on the client's profile.

1. From the client profile, scroll down to the Insurance Section. You'll notice an ≡ icon next to the Copay Section:
   1. Clicking the 'Custom CPT' link will provide a screen where you can set the copay and coinsurance specific to a CPT code:
