[BETA] Engage - Setting Up Patient Groups
This feature is currently in BETA and not available for all customers.
This article details how you can set up patient groups within Engage to target specific messages for different client groups.
- In Engage, navigate to Patient Groups in the Settings area of the navigation bar.
- Click the Add button

- Name the group, then enter the information about the group. For example, we’ll set up a patient group for all of Dr. Small’s new patients.

You can set up groups of patients within Engage in order to target certain messages to specific groups of patients.
Note: You can filter by provider, appointment type, age, gender, patient status (active or inactive), or insurance.
4. Click the checkmark to SAVE.
Once you have created patient groups, you can use them to target campaigns, send review requests, or customize appointment confirmations and reminders.
