Adding a Practitioner Bio & Picture to the Booking Widget

When a client is booking an appointment through the widget, there may be a step where they need to select a practitioner. That happens when multiple practitioners perform the same service. IntakeQ allows you to add an image and a blurb that will be displayed in the widget along with the practitioner’s name.

How to Add Practitioner Pictures

Using the admin account, navigate to "Bookings > Booking Settings", and under the "Locations/Hours" tab scroll down to the "Practitioners" section.

You’ll see a link that reads "Add Bio" (or "Edit Bio") beside each practitioner name. Click on that link to open the Practitioner Bio dialog.

In the Practitioner Bio dialog, you’ll be able to enter a blurb and upload the practitioner’s picture.
