Engage - We Received an Email from Twilio - Why Can't We Access Engage Yet?
Not sure why you cannot yet access Engage? Don't worry - your practice is simply in the early stages of the phone number provisioning process.
Twilio is a company that reviews your number and business information, then clears it for SMS and MMS messaging service.
At the very beginning of your Engage integration process, Twilio receives your practice information and starts to work on acquiring Toll Free numbers for your locations.
Twilio will send you an email once they receive your information, but they require 3-5 business days before they are able to provide you your Toll Free numbers.
Once your Toll Free number is ready, Twilio will send a second email to let you know. At that point, you will be able to access Engage for those locations.
