Engage - We Received an Email from Twilio - Why Can't We Access Engage Yet?
Not sure why you cannot yet access Engage? Don't worry - your practice is simply in the early stages of the phone number provisioning process.
- Twilio is a company that reviews your number and business information, then clears it for SMS and MMS messaging service.
- At the very beginning of your Engage integration process, Twilio receives your practice information and starts to work on acquiring Toll Free numbers for your locations.
- Twilio will send you an email once they receive your information, but they require 3-5 business days before they are able to provide you your Toll Free numbers.

- Once your Toll Free number is ready, Twilio will send a second email to let you know. At that point, you will be able to access Engage for those locations.
