Engage Premium - Translate Incoming Messages

Use the AI Translator for Incoming Messages

1. Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
2. Click Patient Communicator.
3. Locate the message requiring translation.
4. Click the Translate Message link below the message.
5. The translation will display; click Hide Translation after reading, if desired.
6. If you wish for AI Translation to be on all the time, click Patient Communicator and click the gear wheel icon.
7. Turn the Automatic Translate toggle to ON.
