Engage - Build Your Template Library

Engage provides default templates for quick messaging. Your practice can personalize the defaults or create your own!

1. Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
2. Click Templates → Patient Communicator.
3. You will see a list of default templates. To view/edit a default template, click its title. 

   

4. To add a new template, click Create new template. 
5. In the editing window that opens:
   
   1. Name the template
   2. Enter the template message 
   3. Add Variables, if desired, to pull in client and practice information
6. Confirm that the Preview on the right looks correct.
7. Click SAVE.

You can now use your template when sending individual client messages or broadcasts!
