Engage - Send Recall Requests
Recall requests alert clients who need to schedule their next visit. Your practice can review these clients and decide whether or not to send them recall requests.
Delivery Settings:
- Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
- Click Patient Recall → Settings.
- Your practice has two options:
- Toggle the Automated slider ON if you want all recall requests to send automatically.
- Toggle the Automated slider OFF if you want to review the list/remove clients before sending. To learn more about this process, read the next section titled Daily Review Feature.

Daily Review Feature:
- Click Engage from your PracticeQ toolbar.
- Click Patient Recall → Daily Review.
- Check the boxes beside the clients who should receive messages, or check the box at the top of the chart if all clients should receive messages.
- Click SEND RECALL REQUESTS.
- The recall request message will appear in each client's thread in the Patient Communicator. Any response from the client will also display there.

Recalls by Service:
There may be some services for which you do not wish to send recall requests. You can customize this!
- Click Engage in your PracticeQ toolbar.
- Click Patient Recall → Settings.
- Indicate which services in your practice will be eligible for Patient Recall messaging by checking the Recall Active box corresponding to each service.
- Click SAVE.
