Transfer an Appointment to Another Practitioner

In a clinic setting, PracticeQ makes it possible to transfer an appointment from one practitioner to another.

IMPORTANT:  The transfer function is primarily intended for upcoming appointments. Please use caution when transferring past appointments to another practitioner. Once the transfer is complete, the appointment will reflect in reports under the NEW practitioner. 

1. Click Bookings.
2. Open the existing appointment in your calendar.
3. Click More → Transfer. 
4. Select the practitioner to whom you want to transfer the appointment.
5. Click Transfer.
