I have been added to ePrescribe but I can't register because I have not been prompted to sign the EULA.
- When you open a client profile in PracticeQ, select the Prescriptions tab, and click Manage Prescriptions, you should be prompted to sign the EULA.
- If this does not happen, go to app.scriptsure.com and sign in with your ePrescribe credentials. You should then see the EULA.

How do I sign up for ePrescribe as an admin who will not be prescribing?
- You will have two options when you enable ePrescribe: sign up as a Prescriber, or sign up as an Admin.
Note: When you sign up as an Admin, you must have a practitioner signed up in PracticeQ. Have their NPI, license number and DEA number (if applicable) available.

Why do I see duplicate occurrences of the same prescription?
- ePrescribe will create a separate line every time a medication is prescribed, even if it is a medication that has been prescribed to the client before.
- If you do not want to see duplicate medications in the list, change the statuses of the prescriptions to remove them from your chosen view.
- Read about available view options here: ePrescribe: Prescription View Options.
