ePrescribe: PDMP Reporting Access via Bamboo Health

Once you are signed up and approved by Scriptsure, you can create an account on Bamboo Health to get access to PDMP reports for your state.

1. It will take a few days to get approved
2. If you already have a Bamboo account through a separate integration, you will need to create a new one for ours. 
3. Some states fund this for their users so there is not change. Other states charge for this (PA).
4. The following states do not integrate yet but they are in the works. You will need to use their state website in a new tab if possible.
   1. Guam
   2. Wisconsin
   3. Vermont
   4. New York
   5. Nebraska
   6. Utah
   7. Illinois
5. These states will have a charge 
   1. The state of Maryland is not a funded state. The Gateway solution is $50 per provider per year and that is a basic raw data report. NarxCare is $300 per provider per year and that is an analytical reporting dashboard that includes the Gateway report as well. 

Create an Account with Bamboo Health:

2. If your state is listed here, you will go here and create an account.

  Adding YourAccount Credentials Bamboo Health:

1. Once you are approved, Bamboo will send your credentials to you and Scriptsure via email. Scripture will put in your credentials for you. You can also send us your credentials and we can add them as well.
   1. If you want to add your own, please follow these instructions
      1. Log into PracticeQ
      2. Go to your ePrescribe settings (More > Subscription > ePrescribe Settings)
      3. Click the "Open Prescription App" button
      4. Click your name in the top right
      5. Click the PMP Controlled link on the left hand sidebar
      6. Enter the username and password sent to you by Bamboo
      7. Click 'Save'
      8. Close the popup

Checking the 'View PMP Report' Button

1. Search the client you want to check their PMP report
2. Go to their 'Prescriptions' tab
3. Click the blue 'Manage Prescriptions' button
4. See if the "View PMP Report" button is enabled

Viewing the PDMP Report when Prescribing

1. Search for the client whose report you want to view. 
2. Click the blue "Manage Prescriptions" button from their "Prescriptions" tab and you'll see the "View PDMP Report" button. 
3. Click this and it will open the report in a new tab.
