ePrescribe: Represcribing Prescriptions

Represcribing Medications

1. Go to the client's "Prescription" tab
2. Click "Prescribe New Drug"
3. Find the script on the "Prescriptions" tab and click "Represcribe".

4. Edit the fields if needed. Otherwise, go ahead and click "Send to Pharmacy" or "Queue to Provider for Approval".

Represcribe Multiple Scripts

1. Check the boxes on the left-hand side for the scripts you would like to reorder.
2. Then, click "Represcribe Selected"
   1. 
3. The following "Prescription Detail" box will pop up.
4. To view more information for each script, click "View Detail".

5. The details will be displayed like the example below.

6. To show detail, click the icon below.
   1. 
7. Click "Approve and Send" and the orders will be sent to the pharmacy.

Represcribing without Duplicating

You can use the "Last Prescription" filter to show the latest scripts with the last prescribed of that medication at the top. 

• Inside the red box indicates the number of times it was prescribed. 
• You can set this view as the default view to the right under "Settings" and choosing the LAST PRESCRIBED as the view.
